  • All products ship within 1 business days (90% of time the same day) from the time the order is placed through this website. Products ship via Fedex, UPS or USPS priority mail.



  • Warranties

  • All tractor parts are subject to the manufacturer's 1 year warranty from the date of shipment to the end user. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts if returned to GLEMCO TRACTOR PARTS under prescribed policy.

    This warranty shall apply to any tractor part properly installed, maintained, and operated under normal conditions but shall be void if tractor part /product has been subject to misuse, neglect, or accident or if used for a purpose for which tractor part/product is not designed, or which shall have been altered in any way so as to adversely affect its performance and reliability in the judgment of GLEMCO TRACTOR PARTS.

    Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damage, direct or consequential, rising from the use of, installation, or the failure of the product.

  • RETURNS

    Please inspect parts upon arrival. Any merchandise which is NOT defective or damaged may be returned within 14 days for exchange or refund and will be subjected to a 15% restocking charge.

    All returned merchandise must include:

    - Copy of invoice/packing slip

    - Return Goods Authorization (RGA) code which can be obtained through us via e-mail or phone.

     

    Receiving a damaged item

    Please, if possible, get a brief statement from the driver if you see a damaged package during the delivery. If you can not do that (or if you receive a concealed damaged package) please take a picture of the package / product and contact us immediately.

     

    Returns for Electrical Parts

    Returns can not be accepted on electrical parts under any circumstances except if we ship you a wrong item.

    Please make sure that you are ordering the right item for your tractor before you place the order. If you are not sure that the item you are about to order will fit your tractor contact us we will get back to you in 1 businesss hours.

    Please remember, you wont be be able to return or exchange the electrical items if you change your mind or if you have ordered the wrong item.

    If part is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately we will try to help you on order to order basis.

     

    Returns for International Orders

    Returns are not accepted on international orders, however this might change due to your unique situation. If you have a problem with an order, please email us and we will work with you on order to order basis. Shipping can not be refunded on any accepted international returns.
